Yeruu Dashzeveg works as the Human Resources Manager at The Nature Conservancy in Mongolia. Managing human resources, which is the most important resource of any organization, ensures the implementation The Nature Conservation’s 2030 goals by providing human resources activities, spreading a positive culture, taking care of the social issues of employees, and helping the human resources needs of employees and organizations. As part of this position, she manages the human resources activities of the Mongolian program and the part of the Human Resources team of the Asia-Pacific region.
Before joining TNC, Yeruu had experience managing Human resources, Training and Administrative teams in many large private organizations in Mongolia. In addition, she participated in the revision of Mongolia’s “Labor Law” as a representative of large mining organizations and shared her ideas and experiences. She has a deeper interest in psychology because she believes that the future direction of human resources will be completely linked to Psychology.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the People’s Republic of China. She primarily specializes in Project Human Resource Management and is an experienced professional in her field.
