Munkhzul Ganbaatar has been working as an Event Consultant for the “Eternal Mongolia” Project Finance Permanence team since 2023. She is responsible for overseeing diverse facets pertaining to organizing events for the PFP. In this capacity, her role is pivotal in establishing productive and creative working platforms that foster collaboration among stakeholders. Munkhzul actively collaborates with the Donor Engagement team, and other units of the Mongolia Program, contributing to the coordination of overseas exchange trips aimed at broadening perspectives and strengthening partnerships.
She served as the Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator for the Mongolian Southern Gobi Ecoregion project from 2011 to 2014. After that, Munkhzul accumulated over a decade of experience in the banking and finance industry. During this time, she held key roles overseeing Customer Service, Hospitality, Branch Management, and Sustainability initiatives.
Munkhzul is a graduate of the National University of Mongolia and holds a master’s in European Studies from Ruse University of Bulgaria. Munkhzul’s international and cultural studies academic background has equipped her with a broad perspective that complements her professional experience. Her diverse skill set encompasses project management, stakeholder engagement, customer service, hospitality, and branch management in the banking and finance sector.
